We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization name) when you create an account, and information generated through your use of the Service (tickets, messages, agent activity).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To send transactional emails (ticket confirmations, agent notifications)
• To improve and develop new features
• To respond to your support requests
• To enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (D1 database, R2 storage). Cloudflare operates data centers worldwide. We retain your data for the duration of your account and for up to 90 days after deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Paystack — payment processing (your card data is never stored on our servers)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google OAuth — optional social sign-in
• Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, and DDoS protection

5. Customer Data

Data submitted through your embedded widgets (visitor names, emails, messages) is owned by your organization. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and localStorage to maintain your session. The embeddable widget uses localStorage to persist conversation state for returning visitors. No cross-site tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
